An effective way to watch foreign TV on the net

I travel a lot and hate sitting in hotel rooms with bad local TV channels. Now I have solved the problem so I can watch Swedish, British, French, Italian, German, Canadian, etc. channels when I want. The solution requires a reasonable internet connection, a laptop and a VPN service. I have been using a VPN service from a company called Boxpn, which can be found on www.boxpn.com. Think of a VPN connection as a window into another country through which you can watch their local TV stations. Boxpn provides VPN connections to servers in 12 different countries. Setting it up is easy – it will take just 5 minutes. The instructions are really easy to follow. When connected you can go to SVT Play or BBC iPlay and choose which programs you want to watch there and then! The VPN service is perfectly legal and watching the programs is free.

The monthly cost for the Boxpn’s service is USD4 if you sign up for a year, which, for the quality of service, is a very low cost. We are now enjoying a great selection of programs at a time that is convenient for us without any monopoly provider charging us a high monthly fee.
