I do not mind paying taxes, but…

My blood boils when I see TeliaSonera’s ex-CEO, Lars Nyberg, moving to Portugal as a pensioner. There like one of my former Swedish bosses, he will not pay much tax on his pension and other income as a “non habitual resident”. Here us honest Finnish taxpayers are bailing out Portugal, a member of the euro zone, with our taxes and funds from our central bank, when this same country is giving free tax breaks to the richest Nordic residents. It is unforgivable that these individuals abuse the system so openly and that “poor” Eurozone countries take double advantage of those of us who continue to pay high levels of tax. What does Barroso and Kataianen intend to do about this before the next round of Euro Rescue Packages?
